ABOUT AECS
On April 24, 1982, the Animal Emergency Clinic – Sugar Land, was formed to address the after hours care and emergency needs of our surrounding community. Our mission is to provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care.
Since the first day our doors opened more than 25 years ago, leadership and communication have been the foundation upon which we provide exceptional medicine and strengthen the human-animal bond. We believe through teamwork, and continuing education we can provide comprehensive care for our patients. The AEC-SL is comprised of 24 member veterinarians located throughout Sugar Land and surrounding areas.

OUR CORE VALUES
Our vision is to provide the highest standard of care for our patients.
Adherence to moral and ethical principles, provide a solid foundation for patient care.
To give and receive information and knowledge between our staff and you (the client), provides a foundation upon which we can tailor your pet’s medical plan.
To be a leader in the veterinary profession, we understand education is beneficial. The AEC-SL provides training for all employees in order to continually provide up to date medicine. We also believe educating the client helps us to provide better overall care.
The AEC-SL encourages all team members to further their education, and to achieve growth in all aspects of the veterinary profession. We want all of our team members to be successful.
While we realize that Texas state law recognizes that pets are property we understand that they are also four-legged family members
We believe a cohesive team working together is the cornerstone to our veterinary emergency practice. We also strive to be team members with the practicing veterinarians in the community.
The Animal Emergency Clinic – Sugar Land understands we are not alone in this community. We are part of a diverse community that is ever growing and changing. We believe being part of the community, we must make it better than how we found it.
